增強聚丙烯pvc塑料板采用擠出成型，管件采用模壓成型和熱熔擠壓焊接工藝。

The reinforced polypropylene PVC plastic plate is extruded, and the pipe fittings are molded and hot-melt extruded.

模壓成型的法蘭和管端突緣須進行外形切削加工，尺寸滿足要求后、方能與增強聚丙烯pvc塑料板焊接。

The molded flange and pipe end flange must be cut and welded with the reinforced polypropylene PVC plastic plate after the size meets the requirements.

pvc塑料板和管件的外徑、壁厚、幾何尺寸，必須符合本標準。突面法蘭連接端的密封面的不水平度應(yīng)小于0.3mm 。

The outer diameter, wall thickness and geometric dimension of PVC plastic plates and pipe fittings must conform to this standard. The non levelness of the sealing surface at the connecting end of raised face flange shall be less than 0.3mm.

采用公稱外徑D17～D70的螺紋管件時，應(yīng)先將管的管端加工成螺紋，**聚四氟乙烯帶，再擰上以保證密封，并根據(jù)具體要求可加密封焊。

When using the threaded pipe fittings with the nominal outer diameter of d17-d70, the pipe end of the pipe shall be processed into a thread, * * polytetrafluoroethylene tape, and then screwed to ensure the sealing. According to the specific requirements, the sealing can be increased.

公稱外徑D75和D75以上的管和管件采用熱熔擠壓焊接時，pvc塑料板要求兩管端焊面平整，中心對準，軸心一致，以保證焊接時兩個焊面緊密接觸。加熱板的表面溫度應(yīng)在230～240℃，加熱時間為40～50s焊后冷卻時間在3min以上，再卸夾具。焊工必須經(jīng)考試合格方能上崗。

When hot melt extrusion welding is adopted for pipes and pipe fittings with a nominal outer diameter of d75 and above, the welding surface of the two pipe ends of PVC plastic plate is required to be flat, the center is aligned and the axis is consistent, so as to ensure that the two welding surfaces are in close contact during welding. The surface temperature of the heating plate shall be 230-240 ℃, the heating time shall be 40-50s, the cooling time after welding shall be more than 3min, and then the fixture shall be removed. Welders must pass the examination before they can work.

管與管件、法蘭和管端突緣焊接時，管件、法蘭和管端突緣部的接管壁厚應(yīng)與管子的壁厚系列相同才能進行。

When the pipe is welded with the pipe fitting, flange and pipe end flange, the wall thickness of the connecting pipe of the pipe fitting, flange and pipe end flange shall be the same as the wall thickness series of the pipe.

管與管件采用法蘭連接時，應(yīng)根據(jù)介質(zhì)性能采用石棉橡膠墊片或軟橡膠墊片.
