1、施工圖紙及其他技術(shù)文件齊全，且已進(jìn)行圖紙技術(shù)交底，滿足pvc阻燃風(fēng)管施工要求;

pvc阻燃風(fēng)管在儲藏搬運(yùn)過程中需要注意：

1、pvc阻燃風(fēng)管材應(yīng)水平堆放在平整的地上，應(yīng)避免彎曲管材，堆置高度不得超過1.5m，管件應(yīng)逐層碼堆，不宜疊得過高。

2、管材和管件應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)******的庫房或簡易棚內(nèi)，不得露天存放，防止陽光直射，注意防火安全，距離熱源不得小于1m。

3、搬運(yùn)管材和管件時，應(yīng)小心輕放，避免油污，嚴(yán)禁劇烈撞擊，嚴(yán)禁與尖銳物品碰觸和拋、摔、滾、拖。pvc阻燃風(fēng)管道在施工過程中要確保提供的pvc阻燃風(fēng)管管材和管件應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定，并附有產(chǎn)品說明書和質(zhì)量合格證書。在使用前一定要對pvc阻燃風(fēng)管進(jìn)行技術(shù)鑒定或者復(fù)檢，杜***使用質(zhì)量有異有損壞跡象的管材。
